Quality Controller

As a Quality Control Executive in our flexible packaging manufacturing team, your role involves conducting regular quality checks at various stages of production to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. You will be responsible for inspecting raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods for quality and consistency. Keeping accurate records of quality inspections and test results, implementing and monitoring quality control procedures and policies, and identifying defects or deviations to recommend corrective actions will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will collaborate with production, procurement, and R&D teams to maintain quality standards, ensure compliance with ISO, FDA, or other relevant quality standards, train production staff on quality standards and best practices, and prepare quality reports for management. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular quality checks at various stages of production - Inspect raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods - Maintain accurate records of quality inspections and test results - Implement and monitor quality control procedures and policies - Identify defects or deviations and recommend corrective actions - Collaborate with other teams to ensure quality standards - Ensure compliance with ISO, FDA, or other quality standards - Train and guide production staff on quality standards - Prepare quality reports and present findings to management Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in quality control in flexible packaging and printing - Strong knowledge of quality standards, testing methods, and inspection procedures - Ability to analyze defects, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions - Good communication and documentation skills - Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards Please note that this is a full-time position with an in-person work location.,
