Quality Controller

As a Quality Control professional in the Garment Industry, you play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of products manufactured by the company. Your responsibilities include: - Developing, managing, implementing, communicating, and maintaining a quality plan to align the company's Quality Assurance system and Policies with quality system requirements. - Effectively collaborating with the Technical, Development, and Production teams to uphold product quality standards and meet set targets. - Assisting technicians in checking patterns, specifications, and construction details, addressing production issues promptly, and making final quality decisions in accordance with company standards. - Supervising sample evaluations and production approvals by reviewing measurements, workmanship, fittings, accessories, and providing feedback. - Monitoring QC performance through data collection, producing statistical reports, identifying training needs, and conducting training sessions. - Overseeing all aspects of quality control and product assembly in the factory. - Auditing and controlling to resolve quality and production issues. - Engaging in production planning, machine maintenance, and ensuring optimal Manpower to Machine Ratio (MMR) utilization. - Monitoring size set sample approvals and conducting Pre-Production Meetings. - Performing inspections at various stages from size set to final product. - Following up on pre-final inspections and maintaining necessary documents and quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Coordinating with the team and management for quality and production-related bulk approvals. - Ultimately ensuring the final product meets the expected quality standards.
