Job Title: Quality Control Executive

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field

Skills Required: Technical knowledge, analytical skills, problem-solving ability, managerial skills, attention to detail, reporting and documentation skills

Job Responsibilities

Quality Inspection & Testing

• Inspect products, materials, or services to identify any defects, deviations, or non-conformities.
• Conduct various quality tests, audits, and sampling procedures to ensure compliance with required specifications.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are consistently maintained.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure the company’s products and processes comply with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) procedures.
• Support internal and external quality audits and follow up on corrective actions.

Issue Identification & Problem Solving

• Identify quality issues and report them to the relevant department for corrective action.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to determine the source of defects or deviations.
• Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to avoid recurring issues.

Continuous Improvement

• Continuously monitor and evaluate existing quality processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that improve productivity and product quality.
• Contribute to initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen (if applicable).

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain detailed quality records, test reports, deviation reports, audit findings, and inspection logs.
• Document all corrective measures taken and ensure proper filing for audit purposes.
• Share regular quality performance updates with the management.

Training & Coordination

• Provide training to employees on quality standards, inspection techniques, compliance requirements, and safety practices.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and management teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality guideline
