Job Description

As a Senior Merchandiser at Iera Living, your role will involve focusing on hard goods production and product development. Your responsibilities will include conducting Inline, Mid and Final Inspections, carrying out quality assessment measures of all the products ready for shipment and incoming raw materials, taking a thorough look at the tech packs and counter samples to understand the product requirements, resolving quality-related issues within deadlines, preparing documentation of the inspection process, including detailed reports and performance records, recommending improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met, understanding customer quality expectations vis-a-vis manuals, and monitoring the production phase at various levels.
