Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control policies, procedures, and inspection systems for all residential construction projects.
Ensure compliance with IS codes, building bylaws, NBC, and applicable statutory requirements.
Monitor the quality of civil, structural, finishing, MEP, and interior works across project sites.
Conduct material inspection, testing, and approval before use at site (cement, concrete, steel, aggregates, tiles, fittings, etc.).
Supervise and guide QC engineers and site teams to maintain consistent quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and consultants for rectification of defects and ensuring zero NCR (Non-Conformance Report) culture.
Maintain QA/QC documentation, including checklists, inspection reports, method statements, and test records.
Conduct internal audits and support external audits to ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective & preventive actions.
