Quality control executive

As a Quality Control Executive at Micro Genomics India (Pvt) Ltd. in Chennai, your primary responsibility will be to conduct visual inspections on packed kits and components while ensuring accurate recording. You will also perform functional tests to verify product specifications are met. It will be crucial to maintain meticulous records of inspection data, generate reports, and uphold the quality control documentation. An essential aspect of your role will involve observing and analyzing production processes to pinpoint potential concerns and opportunities for enhancement. By collecting and assessing quality-related data, you will be able to identify trends and contribute valuable insights to data-driven decision-making processes. In case of quality issues, your task will be to investigate the root causes, propose corrective measures, and effectively communicate this information to relevant departments such as production, engineering, and management. To excel in this position, you should possess a Master's degree in life sciences, M Tech, M Sc. in Biotechnology & Genetic Engineering, or M Sc. in Molecular Biology. Additionally, you must have at least one year of experience in quality control. Your ability to collaborate within a team environment, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organizational skills will be instrumental in your success. Key skills required for this role include being a team player, possessing excellent communication abilities, proficiency in English (both written and verbal), adept presentation skills, and general computer proficiency in tools such as Internet, Email, and office packages.
