Maintenance: To plan preventive maintenance schedule with Maintenance Department (Mechanical & Electrical) to ensure minimum breakdown and to plan minimum loss of time by keeping sufficient spare parts during Breakdown Maintenance. Raw materials and Consumables: To plan availability of Primary and Secondary Raw material to achieve Target Production and to ensure availability of Consumables required for preventive and Breakdown Maintenance. Quality: To ensure quality check on finished product and to ensure inspection of incoming raw material and consumables before it is used.
