Quality Control Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring the quality performance of suppliers and managing customer quality. Your role will involve knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, UTM, as well as Quality System Documentation including PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, and Control Plan. Additionally, you will need to be familiar with Process Flow Diagram, SOP, Work Instruction, and QAP. Supplier development and customer audit assessment will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, UTM - Familiarity with Quality System Documentation: PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan - Ability to work on Process Flow Diagram, SOP, Work Instruction & QAP - Responsible for supplier quality performance and customer quality management - Understanding of supplier development and customer audit assessment Qualifications Required: - Education: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Minimum 2+ years of experience in the engineering industry - Experience in the fasteners industry would be an added advantage - Must be a logical thinker, all-rounder, energetic, and dynamic Additional Details: This role is full-time and requires in-person work. Candidates should be open to traveling or relocating to the Western Suburb of Mumbai. A B.E Mechanical certification is required for this position.
