Quality Control Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting various tests and inspections to ensure product quality. This includes performing chemical, physical, and functional tests. You will analyze test results, compare them to set standards, and identify deviations or defects. It will be your duty to meticulously document test procedures, results, and any observed issues, preparing detailed reports for management. Your tasks will also involve investigating quality issues to determine their root causes and recommend corrective or preventative actions. You will be in charge of maintaining laboratory equipment by calibrating, validating, and ensuring the equipment used for testing is in optimal condition. Collaboration with other departments such as production, engineering, and other teams will be essential to ensure quality is maintained throughout the process. As a QC analyst, you must ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards at all times. You may also be involved in improving quality control processes by developing new testing procedures, enhancing existing processes, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you may need to conduct audits to guarantee compliance with quality standards and procedures and train other employees on quality control procedures and techniques.
