Job Title- Quality Check

A Quality Control (QC) Inspector in the modular kitchen industry ensures that products meet established quality standards and specifications. This involves inspecting materials, monitoring production processes, and documenting findings. The role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with quality control procedures and tools

Key responsibility

• Inspecting raw materials and components upon arrival for defects, damage, or non-compliance with specifications.
• Monitoring the manufacturing process to ensure the quality standards and identify potential issues early on.
• Evaluating finished modular kitchen & wardrobe components and assemblies to ensure they meet quality requirements and customer expectations.
• Working with production and dispatch teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Identifying areas for improvement in the manufacturing process to enhance product quality and reduce defects.

Skill & Qualification

• A keen eye for identifying even minor defects or deviations from standards.
• The ability to analyze quality issues, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Understanding of relevant quality standards and regulations for modular kitchens & wardrobe.
• Previous experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Computer knowledge is must.
• Minimum qualification should be 12 pass.
• Well known about the modular industries.
