Quality Check Footwear

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed quality inspections on footwear samples, checking materials, construction, measurements, labeling, and performance tests like durability and fit to identify defects before production scale-up.

• Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams to plan assortments, monitor inventory, forecast demand, and adjust for quality issues impacting sales performance.

• Analyze market trends, competitor products, and sell-through rates; prepare reports on quality metrics, inventory levels, and merchandising adjustments like reorders or markdowns.
