Quality Assurance Tester

As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will have the opportunity to work in a contract role for 6 months with our client in Mumbai/Pune. This position offers exposure to an international and multicultural environment that values individuality. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough testing of software applications to ensure they meet quality standards, collaborating with development teams to design effective test strategies, and developing, executing, and maintaining test plans and test cases. You will use your Java skills to address data structures, algorithms, and logic in testing scenarios, implement test automation using tools like Selenium or Playwright, and conduct API automation for robust and scalable software solutions. Additionally, you will participate in Agile life cycle processes to contribute to the continuous improvement of QA practices and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. The qualifications for this role include proficiency in Manual Testing, Java skills (data structures, algorithms, logic), Selenium/Playwright, API automation, and Agile Life Cycle. Excellent writing and communication skills are essential, and a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is required. Experience in the Insurance Domain and Stakeholder Management are considered good-to-have skills.
