Quality Assurance Team Leader

We're Hiring: QA Team Lead –On-site
Location: Kolkata

About the Role:
As a QA Team Lead, you’ll lead a team of skilled QA engineers and take ownership of ensuring product quality across releases.You'll collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to build best-in-class digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and mentor a QA team2.Design and execute test strategies (manual & automation)3.Review technical specs and write test plans4.Build automated scripts using Selenium, Postman, TestNG, JMeter5.Track QA metrics and lead release readiness6.Work in an Agile/Scrum environment7.Drive continuous improvement in QA processes

Eligibility:
5–6 years of QA experience (with 1–2 years in leadership)Strong grasp of QA tools & frameworksBachelor's in CS, Engineering, or relatedExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and API testing
