Quality assurance Moulding

Mold Machine Quality assurance Job description includes ensuing the produced parts meet quality standards through operating Mc, regular inspection, Documentation, Preventive Maintenance plan and compliance with co-ordination with engineering and Production.

Ket Responsibilities –

• Control and inspection of Daily production on mold part to ensure Bug free o/p.
• Evaluate production data and identify Root cause of quality issues.
• Define CTQ parameters of each M/c.
• Implement CAPA process for recurring hurdles in Production system
• Maintain Records of all SOPs, Quality control chart, Maintenance and compliance.
• Involvement in new project trials and implementation.
• Promote lean manufacturing.

Required Skills –

• Diploma in mech./ Plastic/ Industrialization.
• Understanding of injection Molding process.
• Have experience in Machinery and quality check tools.
• Ability to work efficiently in co-ordination with cross-function team.
