Responsibilities

• Review and audit all interior design drawings (floor plans, elevations, electrical layouts, plumbing, false ceiling, and furniture layouts) for accuracy and consistency.
• Cross-check drawings against client requirements, site measurements, and approved design intent.
• Ensure that Good for Construction (GFC) drawings are error-free and follow standard layering, scaling, and naming conventions.
• Verify alignment between drawings, BOQs, scope documents, and material specifications.
• Coordinate with design, project management, and site teams for clarifications or revisions as required.
• Maintain version control, approval records, and documentation logs.
• Identify recurring design/drawing issues and propose corrective measures to streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, company standards, and applicable regional building codes.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
• 24 years of experience in interior design drawing review, design coordination, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of interior design drawings, construction processes, materials, and finishes.
• High attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and correcting errors.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
