As a Quality Assurance Consultant at Wipro, you will play a crucial role in supporting process excellence initiatives and driving improvement projects. You will be responsible for implementing benchmarking and best practices across accounts, identifying and mitigating potential customer dissatisfaction drivers, and collaborating with customers and operations leadership to identify and implement improvement opportunities. Your role will involve driving projects to enhance process profitability, promoting a culture of process improvement utilizing tools like Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen, and ensuring compliance with internal and client-defined processes. Key Responsibilities: - Support process excellence initiatives and improvement projects. - Implement benchmarking and best practices across accounts. - Identify and mitigate potential customer dissatisfaction drivers. - Collaborate with customers and operations leadership to drive improvement opportunities. - Enhance process profitability through project management. - Promote a culture of process improvement using Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen. - Ensure strict compliance with internal and client-defined processes. - Monitor and drive compliance requirements through standards like CMS and ISO 9001. - Lead quality reporting and dashboards. - Support in SOP and VSM creation.
