2. To develop and maintain department norms.
3. Daily review of productivity and productivity related problems.
4. To receive real time data from Production Engineers for Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plan.
5. To maintain and monitor adherence level of documents and records.
6. To maintain 5S on production shop-floor / work-station.
7. Continual Improvement in production processes to enhance productivity, quality, cost reduction, on time delivery and morale & safety of the team.
8. Responsible for ensuring that products and services meet the established standards set by the company.
9. Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing.
10 Work closely with the development team to improve existing products.
11. Maintain ISO report as per standard
Educational Background: BE/Diploma/ITI in electronics , Instrumentations , Mechatronics, Electrical engg with relevant experience in QA and Quality control.
