Quality Assurance and control

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• CMM/VMM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of CMM and VMM operation, programming, and maintenance.
• Metrology & GD&T: Strong understanding of metrology principles and the ability to interpret GD&T symbols.
• Blueprint Reading: Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Inspection Techniques: Experience with various dimensional, visual, and mechanical inspection techniques.
• Quality Control: Familiarity with quality control procedures, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
• Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all inspection processes.
