Position : Quality Assurance

Qualification: M. Pharm, basic knowledge on excels, good communication, immediate joining needed.

Tenure : 6 - 12 Months , extension based on performance
Experience : 2-5 years ; Basic knowledge on Market Complaints handling.

Complaints Management:

• Receive initiated complaints and process it to respective CMO.
• Review and process the complaint record in QMS tool.
• Send technical complaints to CMO / Supplier for investigation.
• Co-ordinate for complaint documentation sample availability from Country Organization (CO) to

CMO (Contract Manufacturing Organization), as and when required.

• Perform queries in QMS tools as per the SOPs.
• Perform Quarterly complaint trending and reporting.
• Conduct investigation for complaints delegated to Quality Operations Partner.
• Perform the role of QA approver for complaints delegated to Quality Operations Partner.
• Complete the assigned tasks as per business need.
• Participate in meetings / discussions between sites and suppliers over supplier complaints.
• Reviewing of supplier investigations and closure of records in applicable QMS tool.
• Management of delegated complaint hub activities in co-ordination with complaint hubs.
