Quality Assurance Analyst

The Quality Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the high quality and reliability of software deliveries across all platforms at Hexure. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to validate the functionality and adherence to specified requirements. Your duties will include performing functional, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure end-to-end system performance. Additionally, you will support external clients during testing cycles, provide detailed release notes, triage reported issues, and address system discrepancies when needed. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will collaborate with various teams to identify automation opportunities and test requirements. Hexure, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, is a team dedicated to developing innovative sales automation solutions for the insurance and financial services industries. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using tools such as Katalon, Selenium, and AI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into test cases, execute automated tests, analyze results, and identify defects to ensure software quality. Monitoring the defect tracking system, performing root cause analysis, and maintaining quality assurance matrices will be part of your daily tasks. You will also contribute to process improvements and best practices within the QA and Client Delivery teams. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in software QA with a focus on automation. Proficiency in test automation tools like Selenium and Katalon, understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies, and knowledge of programming/scripting languages such as XML, Java, or Python are essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with Life Insurance and Annuities are preferred.
