Role Summary
The Quality and Safety Coordinator is responsible for remotely supporting the Head of Quality and Safety in ensuring effective governance, risk management, and quality improvement within the ACC service. The role will focus on data analysis, documentation, and reporting related to quality and safety without direct client or staff interactions. The coordinator will extract and analyse information from the access care planning system and SharePoint to ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.
