Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting process excellence initiatives and driving improvement projects in a complex and fast-paced environment. Your role will involve driving benchmarking and best practices deployment across accounts, identifying process gaps & improvement opportunities to enhance business processes" efficiency and effectiveness, and proactively mitigating any potential customer dissatisfaction risks. Additionally, you will work closely with customers and operations leadership team to identify improvement opportunities, drive projects to improve and maintain process profitability, and ensure governance for Quality/Process Excellence initiatives for Large Engagements. Your role will also involve driving a culture of process improvement using tools like Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen, driving standardization practices, ensuring strict compliance in internal and client defined processes, and meeting all process metrics. You will lead consulting assignments and deliver business value to customers through quality initiatives.
