List of Typical Duties and Responsibilities
Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios including Quantitative tests for financial applicationsExecuting tests on software usabilityAnalyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usabilityDetect and track defects and inconsistenciesDocument results of tests for the software development teamRecommend improvements in software to enhance user experienceMotivate the development process for efficiency and performanceWorks together with the software developer to enhance and improve programsMaintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements in QA domain.
Specific Skills required -
Good technical skills, IT backgroundGood quantitative skills and proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExceptional attention to detailSelf-motivated, quick learner, with good verbal and written communication skills.
Qualification :
B.E / B.TECH/ M.E/M.TECH/ BCA/BSC (IT)/ MCA/ MSC (IT)Good to have knowledgeo Existing knowledge/expertise in manual testing would be goodo Good understanding of test and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure)o Basic concepts in Finance.
