Profile - Quality Analyst (BPO)
Must have 1 yr. experience as Quality Analyst in BPO
Proven experience as a Quality Analyst, Call Auditor, or similar position in a customer service/sales or lead generation.
Strong knowledge of call center operations.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Ability to evaluate calls objectively and provide constructive feedback.
Shift timings- 5:am to 2pm,
Saturday half day Sunday fixed off
One side cab
Location - Saket
Salary up to 25k Only experienced candidates required
