Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Qualified/Semi-qualified Company Secretary at Suraj Garg and Associates. The role involves providing professional consultancy services, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and assisting with auditing, taxation, Company Law related assignments and Sustainability (ESG) related research.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Company Law, Income Tax, GST, and allied laws
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional certification as a Company Secretary (CS)/Has been a CS student
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
