We now have an open work position as a Delegate Sales Specialist at Quadtrends Media. The selected candidates will be a part of a team selling B2B-event delegate tickets to senior Business Executives across APAC countries. We are looking for highly self-motivated individuals who have the credibility, aspiration, and confidence to succeed in a demanding event-sales environment. Introduction and training for the positions will be provided by us. Requirements: · Proven experience in sales, preferably in the events or conference industry. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive and confident demeanor. · Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities to secure delegate registrations. · Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including senior-level executives. · Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals. · Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. · Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage sales activities. · Flexibility to travel and work outside regular office hours, as required. Responsibilities: · Identify and target potential delegates through various channels, including research, databases, social media, and industry networks. · Implement effective sales strategies to generate delegate registrations and meet revenue targets. · Engage with potential delegates through persuasive communication to highlight the value and benefits of attending our events. · Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, industry professionals, and influencers to enhance delegate acquisition efforts. · Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, providing event information, and resolving any issues or concerns raised by delegates. · Track and analyze delegate registration data to identify trends, evaluate the success of sales campaigns, and propose improvements for future events. · Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market competition, and emerging event opportunities to maintain a competitive edge in the delegate sales process. · Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our events and expand the delegate network.
