Job Description

Urgently required QS/Billing Engineer for construction site in Mumbai(Western). Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities Client Billing : Prepare and manage billing for the client, ensuring accurate documentation of work completed and associated costs. Subcontractor Billing : Handle billing for subcontractors involved in the project, ensuring that their work is accurately accounted for. Budget of Project : Assist in creating and managing the project budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control. Preparation of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) : Create BBS to specify the quantities of steel reinforcement required for the construction project. Required Candidate Profile: We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and skills: Education : B.Tech/BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Experience : A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Billing for residential/commercial projects within a contracting firm. Skills : Proficient in quantity surveying, BBS preparation, and rate analysis. Good communication skills and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Knowledge of an ERP system would be advantageous. Personality : Smart and active personality to effectively interact with clients and handle QS/Billing responsibilities at the construction site.
