QS & Billing Engineer (MEP)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for the GRI, MINA & Coordinating with AP team for vendor invoice posting.
• Responsibility to take the MIR sign off from the respective person (Client / PMC).
• Responsibility to take the JMR sign off from the respective person (Client / PMC).
• Responsibility to take the JMR sign off for vendors.
• Once SES is done , inform the vendor to submit a Tax invoice to the AP Team.
• Responsible for visiting the site store to check the stock update.
• Monitoring of site installation work progress and preparation of JMR for our billing and contractor billing.
• Responsible for ensuring the preparation of annexure and submission on time to get the approval from (Client/PMC).
• Responsible for obtaining approvals draft invoice and submission of Tax invoice with acknowledgment copy.
• Discussing with Project Head for monthly billing projections.
• Responsible for the following Reports
• Billing Projection vs Achieved

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
