Develop and implement QMS frameworks, policies, processes, and documentation tailored to client needs. Conduct gap analyses and recommend corrective actions. Guide clients on compliance with statutory and customer-specific requirements. Facilitate Lean Manufacturing projects including Kaizen, 5S, VSM, TPM, SMED, and waste elimination.
