Key Responsibilities : Consulting & Implementation Lead client engagements for QMS implementation and certification readiness for IATF, ISO standards. Develop and implement QMS frameworks, policies, processes, and documentation tailored to client needs. Conduct gap analyses and recommend corrective actions. Guide clients on compliance with statutory and customer-specific requirements. Facilitate Lean Manufacturing projects including Kaizen, 5S, VSM, TPM, SMED, and waste elimination. Support clients in root cause analysis, problem-solving (8D, FMEA, PDCA), and error-proofing techniques. Conduct internal audits, pre-certification audits, and supplier audits. Provide guidance for successful external audits and certification renewals. Prepare progress reports, presentations, and project documentation. Build long-term client relationships through value-added consulting. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Automobile/Production/Industrial preferred). Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor certification in IATF 16949, ISO 9001 (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 preferred). Minimum 510 years of experience in QMS implementation, audits, and Lean Manufacturing, with at least 12 years in consulting/training. Strong knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, Control Plans). Experience in leading Lean/Kaizen projects and change management. Exposure to Tier-1/Tier-2 automotive manufacturing preferred. Key Skills: Strong understanding of IATF 16949 and ISO standards. Hands-on expertise in Lean Manufacturing tools & techniques. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Plant Operations & Production: Oversee daily plant operations for NVH product manufacturing (rubber sheets cutting & blanking). Ensure achievement of production targets, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and delivery commitments. Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, TPM, Six Sigma). 2. Quality & Customer Focus: Ensure adherence to quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Drive defect prevention, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Collaborate with customers (OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers) for quality audits and approvals. 3. Safety, Health & Environment (SHE): Implement EHS policies to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Promote safety culture across the plant. 4. People Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, SCM, HR). Drive performance management, training, and skill upgradation programs. Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and innovation. 5. Cost & Resource Management: Drive cost optimization in manufacturing processes, material usage, and utilities. Prepare and monitor plant budgets, CAPEX/OPEX. Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials. 6. Supply Chain & Vendor Management: Oversee raw material, consumable i.e. packing material procurement, inventory control, and logistics. Coordinate with suppliers for quality, timely deliveries, and cost effectiveness. Ensure smooth coordination between plant and corporate SCM teams. 7. Strategic Initiatives: Drive automation, digitalization. Plan and implement Business growth strategy in line with top management vision. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of NVH products, rubber sheet extrusion & cutting processes. Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and Quality Management Systems. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control. Excellent communication and stakeholder management (internal & external). Qualifications & Experience: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Polymer / Industrial Engineering. 1020 years of experience in manufacturing (preferably automotive NVH / rubber / polymer products). Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership / plant head role. Exposure to working with OEMs / Tier-1 automotive suppliers.
