QE Mobile (Automation) Engineer

NTT DATA is looking for a talented QE Mobile (Automation) Engineer to join their team in Bangalore, Karntaka, India. As part of the team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test automation frameworks and suites. Your role will involve participating in the discovery and documentation process to produce various deliverables such as Enterprise Testing Strategy, QE Handbook, Automation Handbook, Perf Engineering Handbook, and Test Enablers. You will also be evaluating and maintaining existing manual and automated test cases, performing load and stress tests, interpreting test results, preparing comprehensive reports, and participating in project-wide reviews. To be considered for this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience using test automation tools like Selenium, Tosca, Playwright, TestComplete, or similar. Additionally, you should have experience in software testing and writing automation in languages such as Java, C#, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript. Knowledge and experience in QA/QE, TDD/BDD, test management tools, and developing test strategy/test plan documents for enterprise-level programs are essential. Preferred skills for this role include providing thought leadership in Automation and Performance engineering, documenting processes and procedures for QA/QE, executing process improvements, defining various reports for progress/issues/action plans, and understanding best QA/QE practices. Strong organizational skills, curiosity, resourcefulness, and a proactive attitude towards challenges are also desirable traits for this position. The ideal candidate for this role should be a lifelong learner, a team player who supports their colleagues, and an effective communicator capable of conveying design ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. If you have experience in mobile test automation, leadership roles, and planning/testing strategies for large-scale system software, it would be considered a bonus.
