QE Manager

Role & responsibilities

As a Quality Engineer you will be responsible to ensure that the software and systems delivered are robust, reliable, meet customer expectations, and adhere to high-quality standards through proactive, strategic, and technically sound quality engineering practices.

As a QE Manager, you will be responsible for

1. Defining QE Process and monitoring the progress.
2. Leading and Directing the QE team in case of hurdles. 3. Focus on continuous QE improvements 4. Provide technical assistance within the field of Quality Assurance and Testing. 5. RCA and risk identification, risk management and mitigation plans. 6. Direct the development of the QE strategy, methodology, discipline and framework. 7. Build and maintain relationships with cross functional teams and stakeholders. 8. Monitor testing activities and QE team activities. 9. Be the point of contact regarding quality assurance and for the QE teams.

Preferred candidate profile

5 to 10 Years of proven work experience in Software Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering.
