QC Lab Incharge

As a QC Lab in charge, your role will involve overseeing the laboratory operations in a process industry or factory. Your main responsibilities will include: - Managing and supervising a team of Chemists - Ensuring compliance with IMS (ISO) standards - Working in flexible shifts and extra hours as required - Handling and training Chemists effectively To qualify for this position, you should meet the following criteria: - Hold a M.Sc. in Chemistry - Have 7 to 10 years of experience in an In-charge position - Be between 30 to 35 years of age - Have proficiency in the local language, Tamil - Not have any dust, heat, or skin allergies Additionally, candidates who can join immediately will be preferred. Please note that the salary for this position will be fixed based on your interview performance, and no TA will be provided during the interview process.
