QC Executive

As a Raw Material Inspector, your role involves conducting sampling, testing, reporting, and recording of various materials such as Boards, Kraft, Liner, Adhesive, Coating, Film, etc. Additionally, you will be responsible for in-process checking during printing and post-printing stages. Your duties also include creating Outgoing Certificate of Analysis (COA) and updating records of lab instrument calibrations. Key Responsibilities: - Inspect incoming raw materials and finished printed products for defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards. - Assist in developing quality control procedures and testing protocols for Press & Post press to reduce production defects. - Monitor inspection procedures to ensure compliance with SOP and inspection test plans. - Conduct trials of new materials in collaboration with production teams and provide feedback for future actions. - Train individuals on continual process improvement to minimize customer complaints. - Prepare and submit all new job shade cards before material dispatch. - Create shade cards based on customer-provided references such as Artwork, Epson proofs, samples, or pantone colors. Qualifications Required: - Knowledge and experience in material inspection, testing, and reporting. - Familiarity with quality control procedures and testing protocols. - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects in raw materials and finished products. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with production teams and provide feedback. - Ability to follow SOPs and inspection test plans diligently.
