QC Executive

Purpose

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sampling of raw materials, in-process, and finished products as per SOPs.
• Testing of samples by HPLC, GC and ICPOES.
• Ensure timely completion of testing to support production and dispatch.
• Ensure traceability of samples, standards, reagents, and results.
• Perform routine calibration checks and system suitability tests.
• Maintain good laboratory practices (GLP) and housekeeping standards. Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Assist in investigations and implementation of corrective actions (CAPA).
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of chemicals and samples.
• Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits. Ensure availability of records, calibration data, and analytical documentation.

• Knowledge of laboratory instruments like HPLC, GC, ICPOES and wet chemistry techniques.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced chemical production environment.

Qualification:

Nature of Experience:

• 4 to 7 years of Quality Control experience in specialty chemicals / fine chemicals / intermediates / process industries.
