Ganesh Benzoplast is looking for QC Engineers - Painting to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective quality control processes to ensure high-quality products.
Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize quality control measures.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide training and guidance to junior team members on quality control procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training programs are an added advantage.
Proven experience in quality control, preferably in a similar industry or role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and regulations.
