Job Description

Review 3D ship design models for accuracy and compliance with standards.
Validate spool drawings, pipe arrangements, and machinery foundation layouts.
Ensure alignment with classification society requirements and project specs. Identify design clashes and installation issues in outfitting systems.
Coordinate with design teams to resolve quality concerns. Inspect HVAC, piping, and machinery integration within structural models.
Prepare QA/QC reports and maintain documentation logs.
Support internal audits and client quality reviews.

Qualification:

B.E/B.Tech or Diploma Mechanical with 4 to 6 years experience into Ship construction, Ship design, Marine engineering, Offshore engineering, Naval, Oil & Gas, Naval architecture.

Desired Profile of the candidate:

Shipyard experience (3 to 5 years) in Piping production & installation is advantageous.
Must have experience in new shipbuilding outfitting section.
Proficiency in ship design tools and strong attention to detail required.
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Basic understanding of ISO standards is preferred.
