QC / Concrete Manager

Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering

Eligibility:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in concrete operations in a construction company
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure or commercial projects.
• Comprehensive Knowledge in material of a construction industry & Market Analysis
• Strong knowledge of concrete mix designs, curing methods, and formwork.
• Familiarity with construction safety protocols and equipment handling.
• Extensive knowledge in MS-Office

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily concrete activities across multiple sites
• Maintain accurate records of concrete volumes, mix designs, and site conditions.
• Supervise concrete pouring, leveling, and curing processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of ready-mix concrete.
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust schedules according.
• Train and manage concrete crew members and subcontractors.
• Resolve on-site issues related to concrete placement or equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
