Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis using instruments
  • Perform routine and non-routine chemical and physical analysis of materials and products.
  • Review and approve test results; ensure timely reporting and documentation.
  • Investigate OOS (Out of Specification) results and ensure CAPA implementation.
  • Maintain GLP (Good Lab Practices) and ensure all instruments are calibrated and maintained.
  • Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), COAs, and protocols.
  • Train and mentor junior chemists and interns.
  • Coordinate with production for sampling and process validation requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits, documentation, and regulatory inspections.

Qualifications:

  • M.Sc. in Chemistry (Organic preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing QC lab
  • Proficient in handling analytical instruments and documentation
  • Knowledge of ISO, EHS

  • Good documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to lead small teams and manage priorities under tight timelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
