QC Chemist

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality testing of polymer raw materials, additives, and masterbatches
• Inspect and verify the quality of plastic plates and disposable products as per standards
• Conduct physical, chemical, and mechanical tests (e.g., thickness, strength, migration tests, heat stability)
• Maintain QA/QC records, test logs, calibration records, and COA reports
• Monitor production line quality, identify defects, and recommend corrective action
• Ensure compliance with BIS / ISO / FSSAI / regulatory norms (as applicable for food-grade plastics)
• Support internal and external audits

Candidate Profile:

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry / Polymer Science / Industrial Chemistry
• 1–3 years QC experience in plastic / polymer / packaging / disposable products manufacturing
• Knowledge of lab instruments (MFI tester, DSC, Hot air oven, pH meter, FTIR, etc.)
• Strong documentation & reporting skills
• Good coordination and observation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
