QC CC/LP Supervisor

1. Basic knowledge about Quality Core Tools (APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA), 7QC tools, Control Plan, COPQ, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, Product/Process Audit, Layered Audit, Calibration

2. Internal Auditor for IATF 16949

3. Knowledge of structured problem solving and tools like Why-Why analysis, 8D analysis, FTA

4. Drawing reading knowledge for M&M, TATA, VW

5. Basic knowledge Customer Specific requirements (MSES, TATA-TPS)

6. Good knowledge about MS Excel, MS Power point, Good communication skills

7. Customer interaction and handling (Customer Mapping), warranty handling & analysis.
