QC Artist

As a QC Artist at Lakshya, a Keywords Studios company, you will play a crucial role in the Quality team by ensuring bug-free assets for projects targeted at the Japan market. Your responsibilities will involve working individually to deliver high-quality assets, requiring a basic knowledge of 3D designing tools such as Maya, 3DS MAX, Z brush, Marmoset, and Motion builder. You will collaborate closely with the Quality Control - Lead to meet project requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Possess knowledge of game engines like Unity and Unreal engine - Proficient in creating and updating QC checklists - Understand the production pipeline processes including texturing and Rigging - Have a good grasp of animation testing - Demonstrate self-motivation and effective communication skills - Work autonomously with minimal input and thrive in a team setting - Exhibit a superior eye for light, shade, color, and detail in testing painted and realistic texture maps - Basic understanding of anatomy, proportions, and perspective - Knowledgeable in 3D Modeling and UV unwrapping - Ability to carry the vision for a level/game to completion and handle deadlines effectively - Proficient in Photoshop & Substance painter - Knowledge of Blender would be considered an advantage Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of Maya, 3DS MAX, Z brush, Marmoset, and Motion builder - Familiarity with Unity and Unreal engine - Proficiency in QC checklist creation and maintenance - Understanding of production pipeline processes like texturing and Rigging - Good grasp of animation testing - Self-motivated with strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team - Strong visual acumen for testing texture maps - Basic knowledge of anatomy, proportions, and perspective - Proficiency in 3D Modeling and UV unwrapping - Experience in Photoshop & Substance painter - Familiarity with Blender would be a plus No additional details of the company were present in the job description.,
