QA Tester

As a Senior QA Tester with a minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, specializing in automation testing with Selenium, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software applications. Your expertise in automation testing and proficiency with Selenium will be crucial in delivering high-quality software. You will design detailed and reusable test cases, integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline, manage defects, conduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing, participate in performance testing, lead regression testing efforts, manage test data, provide comprehensive test reports, maintain documentation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the enhancement of automation testing processes. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience. Additionally, you must have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing and Selenium expertise. Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Java, or other relevant programming languages, as well as a solid understanding of automation testing best practices, methodologies, and tools are required. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) and version control systems (e.g., Git) is preferred. Effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and analytical thinking are essential for this role. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and relevant certifications in software testing or Selenium are advantageous.
