QA Tester

Key Responsibilities: Conduct manual testing of CRM UI workflows across web and mobile platforms. Validate input forms, dropdowns, buttons, and overall user flow. Provide detailed UX feedback to improve interface usability. Check for accurate implementation of Tamil and English labels/text. Log and track bugs using internal tools and follow up on fixes. Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure quality. Perform regression testing on updated builds/releases. Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques . Experience in form validation and UI testing . Familiarity with SaaS applications and CRM workflows. Basic understanding of UX and design feedback. Ability to read and validate Tamil + English text on UI screens. Excellent communication and reporting skills.
