QA Test Lead (Payments)

Job Description: You will be responsible for driving quality initiatives for PI transactions on behalf of a globally renowned technology company. Your role will involve writing test plans and cases, executing test-driven and exploratory testing, logging defects, organizing and analyzing testing data, communicating with client staff, and managing transaction reconciliation processes. Key Responsibilities: - Write test plans and test cases - Execute test case driven and exploratory testing - Log found defects for tracking - Organize and analyze testing data for trends and customer reports - Communicate with client staff about the status and progress of testing projects - Manage a Transaction reconciliation process related to transaction processing for review and cancellation after successful verification Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of QA manual functional testing experience - 1+ years in a QA Lead role - Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or other technical domain - Strong leadership and communication skills - Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners,
