QA Test Lead Authorization & Access Control AVP

Role Overview: Deutsche Bank's Authorization & Access Control team, part of the Identity and Access Management area within the Chief Security Office (CSO), offers an enterprise-wide central authorization solution. They are looking for a skilled QA Test Lead to drive the QA lifecycle, develop test strategies, and lead a team towards delivering high-quality software releases. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, execute, analyze, and report test results for web applications and API endpoints (Manual and Test Automation Frameworks). - Collaborate with developers, product owners, and team members to prioritize test cases for automation. - Participate in reviewing and improving test processes and methodologies, offering recommendations for automation and tooling enhancements. - Work independently or as part of a distributed/multi-location team, potentially managing a team. - Develop test cases for edge cases, failure scenarios, and high-availability applications. - Stay updated on new testing tools, techniques, and technologies to enhance testing quality. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Proficiency in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. - Experience with automated testing tools like Postman, SOAP, Newman, or equivalent. - Familiarity with frameworks such as Selenium, WebdriverIO. - Knowledge of performance testing and tools like JMeter, Gatling. - Testing experience with cloud-based Java deployments. - Proficiency in programming languages like Java, SQL. - Familiarity with CICD tools like TeamCity, GitHub Actions. - Excellent test reporting capabilities. - Ability to handle multiple assignments and manage priorities effectively.
