QA Test Engineer

• Perform manual and automated functional, regression, and performance testing on software applications.
• Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand requirements and design specifications.
• Participate in design and code reviews to provide a QA perspective and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis of identified issues and work with the development team to implement effective solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, new testing tools, and technologies to continuously improve the QA process.
• Provide clear and concise feedback to the development team and stakeholders regarding product quality.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of testing documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test data.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a QA Tester with expertise in both manual and automation testing.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with popular manual testing frameworks and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, etc.).
• Familiarity with bug tracking systems and version control tools.
• Proficiency in test case design and execution for both manual and automated testing.
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
