QA Technical Documentation

We are seeking a new QA professional to join our team at Wada. Your primary responsibility will be to develop technical quality documents, including QAPs, procedures, WPS/PQRs, and inspection reports, specifically for pressure vessel components and explosion bonded plates. Your key responsibilities will include preparing and revising QAPs, ITPs, and technical procedures, as well as supporting the creation and maintenance of WPS/PQR documents. You will collaborate with QC, production, and third-party inspectors to gather necessary information for documentation. Additionally, you will be responsible for compiling and organizing all quality records for the final submission to clients, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with ASME/ISO standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in QA documentation related to fabrication or metal forming, along with knowledge of welding standards, NDT processes, and quality procedures. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required. A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering is preferred. Freshers with strong documentation skills are also encouraged to apply.
