QA / QV AI Automation Engineer Lead

As a QA/QV Lead at Electronic Arts, you will be joining the AI Technologies Engineering team under the guidance of the Senior Engineering Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement quality assurance and verification strategies using Generative AI-powered solutions to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. You will lead a team of QA/QV engineers, oversee manual and automated testing processes, collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to optimize product reliability and performance, and shape the future of QA/QV in this cutting-edge environment. Key Responsibilities: - Engineer and deploy automated QA solutions. - Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering Leadership to align priorities and ensure product quality meets requirements. - Foster continuous improvement in Agile practices, team dynamics, and QA/QV methodologies. - Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products. - Monitor and report quality metrics, test progress, and product readiness to stakeholders. - Drive operational effectiveness and implement process improvements as a change agent. Required Skills: - 6+ years of experience collaborating with global teams. - Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to challenging problems. - 6+ years of experience in engineering QA/QV automation solutions and executing manual testing. - 2+ years of experience leading QA/QV teams. - Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). - Proficiency in change management processes. - Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. - Hands-on experience in Cloud Technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP. Beneficial Experience: - Knowledge of AI/ML/Generative AI concepts, processes, and applications. - Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and infrastructure.
