As a QA/QV Lead at Electronic Arts, you will play a crucial role in the AI Technologies Engineering team by driving quality assurance and verification (QA/QV) strategies. Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager of AI Technologies, you will be responsible for leveraging Generative AI-powered solutions to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. Your primary focus will be on overseeing the design and execution of both manual and automated testing processes to ensure that AI-driven solutions meet or exceed quality and usability standards. Collaboration with product managers, architects, and engineers is essential to optimize product reliability and performance through your expertise in QA/QV, software engineering, user experience, and design patterns. **Key Responsibilities:** - Engineer and deploy automated QA solutions - Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering Leadership to align priorities with the roadmap and ensure product quality meets established requirements - Foster continuous improvement in Agile practices, team dynamics, and QA/QV methodologies - Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products - Monitor and report quality metrics, test progress, and product readiness to stakeholders - Be a change agent, driving operational effectiveness and implementing process improvements **Required Skills:** - 6+ years collaborating with global teams of engineers, product managers, and stakeholders - Ability to think outside of the box and find creative and innovative solutions to challenging problems - 6+ years of experience in engineering QA/QV automation solutions and executing manual testing - 2+ years of experience leading QA/QV teams - Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) - Experience in planning and executing change management through a formal change management process - Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent domain - Hands-on experience in Cloud Technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP **Beneficial Experience:** - Knowledge of AI/ML/Generative AI concepts, processes, and applications - Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and infrastructure In this dynamic environment, your strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills will be vital in shaping the future of QA/QV.
